Public relations agency WA Communications recently published “Navigating the financial services landscape: What consumers really want (and need).”; a report developed from their exclusive research project into consumers’ knowledge about their pensions.

A total of 2,000 people took part in a survey in October 2022 which revealed that a staggering 63% did not know who manages their pension and 29% did not know how to find out where their money is invested (with this figure rising to 46% amongst the over 65s).
