APIL Senior Litigator Accreditation For Julian Clark

Associate Solicitor Julian Clark from our Serious Injuries team has been granted APIL accreditation as Personal Injury Specialist - Senior Litigator.

APIL accreditation is an indicator of competence and specialist expertise of solicitors dealing with personal injury claims. Julian's Senior Litigator status proves that he is competent to identify liability, assess and manage risk, to be self- authorising at all key stages of litigation, and to lead and supervise the work of other personal injury lawyers.

Julian recently celebrated his ten year work anniversary at True Solicitors LLP. With 28 years’ post-qualification experience,  Julian has handled severe and catastrophic injury claims,  including those involving acquired brain injury , for the last decade, and before that, handled mostly the more serious injury claims as well as representing claimants pursuing compensation for serious and life-threatening asbestos-related conditions.

He currently runs a sizeable acquired brain injury caseload, some of which are worth well into the millions. He is mindful of the vital importance of the rehabilitation process following acquired brain injury. He has plentiful experience of brain injury cases requiring court approval and is experienced with the involvement of the Court of Protection and Deputies. He is a Friend of Headway, the brain injury charity and a member of the Northern Acquired Brain Injury Forum.
